Senior Growth Lead


Reporting into the VP of Marketing, the Senior Growth Lead will drive the growth of our paid channels and oversee the technical and editorial strategy and implementation of SEO. This role requires experience in hands-on digital marketing, go-to-market strategies, growth loops, marketing funnels and general marketing knowledge (PPC, Paid Social, Display and Affiliates). As Senior Growth Lead, you will be responsible for strategizing, delivering and managing paid channel campaigns. You will work closely with the brand and e-commerce teams, and often the wider business, across a range of products and campaigns, ensuring the output if both strategically relevant; financially viable and delivered on time.  The successful Senior Growth Lead is enthusiastic, hungry to drive change, a great team player and a leader in and out of the office.

Primarily, you will be responsible for:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel paid media, social and SEO strategy
  • Working closely with buying, CRM, brand marketing, creative, customer experience, and development functions ensuring all activity is commercially focused and in line with business plan
  • Testing and optimising new channels for growth

    What we are looking for in our teammate:

    • Owned marketing technology stacks across advertising, analysis, and automation (including Google Marketing Platform, Shopify, Klaviyo)
    • 3+ years planning and executing engaging digital and social media marketing campaigns
    • Enable data-driven decisions for the marketing team through reporting and data analysis of program performance and impact on the business.
    • Leverage data and analytics to identify marketing opportunities and implement a process for continual strategy improvement.
    • Build on and improve existing processes to continuously improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
