Reporting into the VP of Marketing, the Senior Growth Lead will drive the growth of our paid channels and oversee the technical and editorial strategy and implementation of SEO. This role requires experience in hands-on digital marketing, go-to-market strategies, growth loops, marketing funnels and general marketing knowledge (PPC, Paid Social, Display and Affiliates). As Senior Growth Lead, you will be responsible for strategizing, delivering and managing paid channel campaigns. You will work closely with the brand and e-commerce teams, and often the wider business, across a range of products and campaigns, ensuring the output if both strategically relevant; financially viable and delivered on time. The successful Senior Growth Lead is enthusiastic, hungry to drive change, a great team player and a leader in and out of the office.
