We offer a variety of delivery options depending on where you live. We are only able to dispatch orders to the countries listed below. If your country is not listed you will need to arrange a suitable courier. Please contact us at sales@partypieces.co.uk if you require more information.

UK Delivery Options

Next Day - £8.95 (order before 3pm, 2pm for Personalised orders, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cut off time on a Friday will be dispatched on the next working day)

Standard - £3.95 (Free for orders over £30. Delivery time, 3-5 working days)

Personalised Balloons & Cake Orders

Monday - Friday £6.95 (delivery date chosen on the product page)

Please note, if your order contains a personalised item along with party goods, you will be charged for separate deliveries due to being dispatched in multiple parcels.

Standard - £11.99

Your delivery will take an estimated time of 3-5 days.

USA & Canada - £34.99

Your delivery will take an estimated time of 5-10 days from dispatch.

Europe - £26.99

Your delivery will take an estimated time of 3 -7 days from dispatch.

Multi-Shipping

If you would like to send part of your order to a different address, we now offer multi-shipping, ideal if you're sending one of our products as a gift! If you are sending your order to two or more addresses, delivery will be charged per shipment. Full details can be found here.

Large Orders

Occasionally for larger orders, the weight can add extra delivery charges. We'll let you know of any additional charges before sending the order out.

Personalised Delivery Information

Personalised Photo Cakes & Gift Cakes

We now offer a Nominated Delivery option (£6.95) for orders containing our personalised cakes, ideal if you're sending a cake to a loved one and you'd like it to arrive on a specific day! Full details of this service can be found on the product page.

Personalised Balloons

All our Personalised Balloons are delivered on the date chosen on the product page using our date picker! Order before 2pm for Next Day Delivery. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). Unfortunately we are unable to deliver Personalised Balloons outside of UK Mainland.

Personalised Banners, Runners & Cakes

Order by 2pm for Next Day Delivery. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Helium Canisters

We are unable to deliver Helium to addresses outside of the UK Mainland. If you are trying to checkout and no delivery options are visible and you are not based in the UK, please remove helium from your basket.

Return & Refunds

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any* of the goods you purchase, please email sales@partypieces.co.uk quoting your order number and reason for the return within 14 days of receipt. You will receive a Returns Number and full instructions on how to return all or part of your order.

We are unable to process returns without a valid Returns Number. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. We advise choosing a trackable service that covers the cost of your goods.
