I had a problem with delivery and had to pay an extra £5 to get the balloons delivered before my daughter’s birthday . I won’t be using you again . The DPD driver never took it to my neighbours despite 6 of them being home and I have camera footage as proof. I was so upset as my daughters birthday party was on Sunday so had to pay extra it’s a disgrace
