I ordered a 1st birthday cake for our little grandson. It was looked fabulous and tasted lovely, the best sponge cake ever! It was exactly as I hoped it would be from the photo. Thank you Party Pieces! I felt really proud to present the cake to everyone.

The 40th balloon gift set was great. My daughter loved it. All arrived on the date I specified. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again I the future.

The service is very fast and efficient, I’m not very good at sending for thing that need a photo or adding wording but it turned out to be quite simple. It arrived securely packaged and well presented. This was a silver anniversary for my daughter and son in law and they were very very pleased with it , so thank you very much.

I’m really pleased I shopped here. I have managed to buy some really good products at reasonable prices. I was surprised because I had always thought party pieces would be expensive for their royal connection. My favourite item was the dinosaur roar chocolate cake I bought for my grandsons 4th birthday and personalised it with his name age and a photo of him cheaper than I could have made myself. I even managed to get some dinosaur candles. Such a delightful shopping experience. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This was my first ever order from Party Pieces website, and I have to say the whole experience was truly first class. I needed an 80th Birthday cake, and after reading great reviews from others I decided to go ahead. As I didn't want the cake to arrive too early I called Party Pieces and spoke to a warm & friendly lady who explains i need to complete the online order, then call back with the order number so they could mark a specific delivery date for my order. Everything was so smooth throughout, from editing the cake picture, and being kept informed with the delivery. The cake arrived in perfect condition, on the day that was previously arranged. The quality of the cake, and customer service are both excellent. I will definitely be ordering from Party Pieces in the future. They have everything and even more for any type of celebration, all in one place, at very reasonable prices. Very good quality would recommend I ordered some plates, cups, serviettes, table cloths & straws. The website was easy to use and received regular emails with confirmation & updates. What an efficient service and excellent product. I searched everywhere online for LED lights for Chinese lanterns for a garden party I was having. I was thrilled to find they were stocked at Party Pieces. So easy to use with a string long enough to hit the centre of the shade and hang easily onto tree branches. There are several postal options and I chose next day. They arrived well packed and the very next day. Step by step emails throughout the order process with dispatch notifications. Another firm let me down at the last minute so I luckily found this company. Excellent service. The balloons arrived quickly and fully inflated and are still going strong a week later. Look high quality even down to the weights. Highly recommend.
