Next Day - £8.95 (order before 3pm, 2pm for Personalised orders, Monday to Friday. We do not operate on weekends, therefore orders placed after the cut off time on a Friday will be dispatched on the next working day for delivery the following day)

Multi-Shipping
If you would like to send part of your order to a different address, we now offer multi-shipping, ideal if you're sending one of our products as a gift! If you are sending your order to two or more addresses, delivery will be charged per shipment. Full details can be found here.
Large Orders
Occasionally for larger orders, the weight can add extra delivery charges. We'll let you know of any additional charges before sending the order out.
We now offer a Nominated Delivery option (£6.95) for orders containing our personalised cakes, ideal if you're sending a cake to a loved one and you'd like it to arrive on a specific day! Full details of this service can be found on the product page.
All our Personalised Balloons are delivered on the date chosen on the product page using our date picker! Order before 2pm for Next Day Delivery. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). Unfortunately we are unable to deliver Personalised Balloons outside of UK Mainland.

We are unable to deliver Helium to addresses outside of the UK Mainland. If you are trying to checkout and no delivery options are visible and you are not based in the UK, please remove helium from your basket.
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any* of the goods you purchase, please email partypieces@teddy-tastic.co.uk quoting your order number and reason for the return within 14 days of receipt. You will receive a Returns Number and full instructions on how to return all or part of your order.
We are unable to process returns without a valid Returns Number. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. We advise choosing a trackable service that covers the cost of your goods.
*Please note that personalised items can only be returned if the goods are faulty
