Frequently Asked Questions

If you select one of the additional balloon options for this banner they will be delivered on the date you specify with out datepicker. There is an additional charge for having your banner and balloons delivered on a specific date. (We reccomend choosing to have your balloons delivered at least a day before your event to ensure delivery). These balloons can stay fully inflated for up to a week.

Yes, in our designer you can see how your banner will look before you order. Please note we do not make any changes to your design. What you see in the designer is what will be printed.

To ensure timely delivery, order at least 3–5 business days before your event. This gives time for personalisation, printing, quality checks, and shipping.

No, after you have placed your order we will not make any adjustments to your design. Please check your personalisation before you complete you order to ensure it is correct.
